DetailsThis is one of my newest filigree designs that honors the traditional techniques of Norwegian "filigran", the intricate twisted fine silver scrollwork and granulation style that dates back to the Viking era. This design also is a tribute to Oregon's famous green climate, with my raindrop shape. The frame and background metal is made in sterling silver, and I have oxidized the filigree to highlight the patterns in the scrollwork.
